What happens if the winning bidder fails to make their payment?

If the winning bidder fails to pay, the transaction will be cancelled and the card will automatically be re-listed in a future auction.
Winning bidders who fail to pay will be blacklisted and will not be able to participate in future transactions.

What happens if items are damaged or stolen?

In the unlikely event that a card is damaged, we carry casualty insurance coverage underwritten by a major Hong Kongese insurance company. Following this, an external accounting firm will also conduct periodic stocktaking to confirm the existence of all cards on record.

When will I receive the sale proceeds once the card is sold?

The sale proceeds will be deposited into your Account Balance.
You can use your Account Balance to pay for future Wabbit transactions, or you can request a withdrawal and have the funds transferred to your own bank account.

What will happen to my cards if the company goes bankrupt?

Cards stored in the Vault and account balances will be returned to the owner by the bankruptcy trustee in the unlikely event that Wabbit’s operating company declares bankruptcy.

What are the benefits of having an Account Balance with Wabbit?

The available balance can be utilised for making payments on Wabbit.
Using the balance for payments eliminates transfer fees and does not impact the available credit limit on your credit card.
Utilising your account balance for payments entitles you to a 1% cashback reward, regardless of the charge type or timing, credited back to your balance.

What exactly is the My Vault function?

This is a feature that allows you to view and organize cards that have been deposited in the Vault.
This function is referred to as My Vault to distinguish it from the actual depository, or the Vault.

How does it differ from an in-person trade?

In terms of card trading, the process is essentially the same. However, Trades on Wabbit offer significant advantages:
・By acting as an intermediary, Wabbit significantly reduces any risks of fraud and theft that may occur.
・Wabbit Users come from all over the world; you will be able to trade well-beyond the borders of your local trading community.

What can I do through ‘My Vault’ once I deposit my cards into the Vault?

With the My Vault view, you have immediate access to your card information and images, making it possible for you to enjoy your collection even when you don’t have the physical cards in your hands. Collections can be organized into folders and linked to Auction and Trade, allowing you to make transactions with no action required on your part.

What happens if a Trade does not close?

The cards you have presented for Trade will be returned to your Vault, and you will have the option to re-list them in the future from the My Vault page.

What are the advantages of being linked to an Auction or Trade?

With a single click, you can list items for Auction or Trade.
Receiving cards directly into your Vault will expedite the settlement process when acquiring cards via Auction or Trade.
